Chapter Store

With the addition of an official office, we will now have a physical location of a Chapter Store. This means we will have the store open before and/OR after meetings held at the Cresson Legion. This will be the place to buy or order any chapter merchandise, as opposed to doing it during the meetings. This means the merchandise will unlikely be available at places other than our office.  Once officially open, I invite all of our members to check out the new office and store!

Bylaw Proposal

We have uploaded the new bylaws being proposed. The last set posed a problem for our small games of chance license and caused some confusion on how the chapter is organized. The traditional way the bylaws are changed would take much too long and far too many meetings (since according to RRoO only a limited number of changes per meeting are authorized), so a vote was held and the decision was made to scrap the old and build off of the national revision O. Not much changes from the national bylaws, it was just tweaked to pertain to the chapter. One added change deals with social media and conduct while representing the chapter. Overall these proposed bylaws are a much need update from the last set (which were based off of revision F from the national bylaws....) If you have any questions or concerns you want to discuss, contact a chapter officer or this page directly.

New additions added

We are currently revamping the www.cvma224.com website to now to provide our membership access far greater information about the chapter past and future. The web pages are being built daily when I have the time, most of them coming online within the week.  I've added important sections about Robert's Rules of Order and our 501c19 Facts and Restrictions, and am currently working on adding our Bylaws; I recommend you take the opportunity to read through them to get a better handle on how our chapter should operate. After our next meeting, I will be adding the current route along with other important details about the upcoming ride in August.
If you have yet to receive a link to set up your log in information, please be patient as I am entering each and every current member into the system. I should be finished roughly by next weekend (March 17th), if you have not received a link by then, please contact me either through the site (Contact Section) and I will get you added. All links will be sent to the email you have listed on your 201 File, please ensure it is current.

We have added a News section of the site that should only be accessible by chapter members. The information contained herein is only for 22-4 Chapter members, which includes Full Membership, Support Membership and Auxiliary Membership.

Some sections will only be accessible to your group. Currently I am working on a Chapter Officer page and a separate page for Auxiliary business. What pages you have access to will be available under the My Account tab.

In this section, we will be updating the chapter on news and information to help you stay current about what is going on with your chapter.
