                                                                                               21 JULY 2025

As of 21 July 2025, the No-Fly in the State of Tennessee has been lifted.

There is an active No-Contact in Tennessee between CVMA and all Clubs that are members of the COC.

No Contact means that we do not engage with them (i.e. introductions, visits to clubhouses or parties) and they will not engage with them.  There was confusion which led to the No Fly being issued as a safety precaution.  If a member is engaged by a club, simply let them know that our members have been briefed that Tennessee is a No Contact State.  Do not escalate the situation but ensure that the information (club name) is pushed up to the NSAA through your Chain of Command.

This message will remain here through Monday (28 July) and be replaced with a No Contact Message.

Prior to entering an establishment in Sturgis during Bike Week (any time actually), check the outside near the entrance, if there is a sign that says, "No Colors", that includes CVMA.
